Having traveled extensively throughout his career, John has over twenty-five years experience in strategic development, project management, systems analysis, business analysis, sales and marketing across a variety of business sectors, both on a national and international basis.
John is highly skilled at assisting organisations define and deliver business plans, sales and marketing strategies, distribution strategies, budget planning and control, policy and procedural development and implementation. He has created and implemented sales and marketing strategies for several major global manufacturing companies, as well as setting up and managing distribution networks in a number of countries.
John is currently working directly with businesses throughout Europe, the Middle East, the USA, India, the Far East, Australia and South America. His hands-on approach to global development is assisting companies around the globe with their international sales expansion.
Used to working at both board level with customers and colleagues, as well as managing teams and projects on a day-to-day basis, John has excellent presentational skills and is able prepare and present complex technical arguments with clarity and cohesion.
Coming from an engineering background, John has designed hydraulic systems for both UK and overseas customers, designed and implemented several high-value research and analysis programs/projects and am skilled at analysing system requirements, service requirements, business benefits, budgetary requirements and forecasting.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
